We aim to respond to all online consultations (eConsults) by the next working day and answer 90% of calls within 10 minutes, using modern telephony and digital tools.

Better Support for Diabetes and Long-Term Conditions

We’re increasing diabetes education and introducing continuity of care plans for patients with complex needs to improve long-term health outcomes.

Pharmacy First – Help for Minor Ailments

We’re encouraging patients to use local pharmacies for minor conditions like sore throats, earaches, and skin rashes—freeing up GP appointments and offering faster care.
